SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We ship to both Canada and the United States. At this time we are able to offer flat shipping specific to each location. Make sure you also take advantage of our Free Shipping for orders $120+. Making ethical decisions and trying to eliminate our carbon foot print is important, we use compostable mailers so make sure you compost after you receive your items.  

We are proud to also offer free pick in Woodstock, Ontario, Canada. Simply select your preferred method at check out. 

Product Dispatching

Products purchased through our website are subject to the dispatch conditions chosen by the user and the delivery conditions available on our site. The time stipulated for dispatches is: 

1.  In stock items: 7 business days. 

2. In pre-order: 20 to 30 business days from the last Monday of every month. Read more about our pre-order approach here.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have extended our return and exchange policy due to covid.  Our revised return time frame is 20 days after receiving your item, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at via e-mail. Please note that shipments for returns are inquired by the customer. Once we process your return, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
